Will Kintish qualified as a chartered accountant in 1971, aged 23 and practised for the next 30 years. He ended his accountancy career as the senior partner on merger with a national firm and shortly afterwards left to show people in the professional , financial, and business services sectors how to attract more business. This hackneyed phrase cannot be more apt when building new business relationships. I have asked a number of human resource managers what is the average time it takes interviewers to make their decision when assessing the interviewee.
