She is the author and creator of over 21 Virtual Assistant guides and start-up tools. She is editor and publisher of The Portable Business, a weekly ezine for small business owners, and pens Dear Gritty VA, a weekly business advice column for Virtual Assistants and the clients who work with them, published every Wednesday.
