I\'ve been in marketing for over a decade and I aggressively understand the value of connecting to your customer, understanding your customer\'s experience and the like. I also understand how complex a CRM solution can be. As a marketing director for a small company I evaluated quite a few CRM vendors and found them to be either out of my price range or not flexible enough for the needs of the company.
