		<description>Very nice article John.  I often find myself bogged down in the smaller details of running a business and end up spending time on things related to running it that I know I shouldn&#039;t.  Old habits die hard, but it&#039;s something to work on.

The PAY acronym is pretty clever.  I could see a website and/or book dedicated to that.  &quot;How to Achieve My PAY&quot;.  Sounds like the start of something.</description>
