You always have great articles, but this is one of the best!  In the new media field, you don&#039;t think of having pictures of happy customers because they aren&#039;t using a product - but pictures of clients wearing a hat or polo shirt is absolutely wonderful!

Can&#039;t believe I hadn&#039;t thought of that yet.  Of course, I guess that why folks pay you the big bucks.  What makes it so bad is that I saw something similar done earlier in the week at &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.phil-taylor.com/&quot; title=&quot;Phil Taylor&#039;s&quot;&gt;Phil Taylor&#039;s&lt;/a&gt; site (scroll about half way down).  He is even using an audio message from his client.  I still never made the connection.
