		<description>John, you are right on point - the media love firsts. And when you are first in an area, you&#039;ve got to tell this to the media as often as possible. Previously, I wrote for the business sections of two Gannett-owned newspapers. Finding a company that was first in some area was always newsworthy. However, occasionally, a company spokesperson would tell me that they were first in an area and the person would hear my two favorite words: so what? My point? Be first in an area that truly matters.
