		<description>Great post, John! And oh-so-true. When you water your message down to appeal to anyone and everyone you miss out on a great way to connect with those you really want to serve. 

When you&#039;re &quot;a little weird&quot; as you put it, your message will have much greater impact. When you&#039;re fully self-expressed people will love you or hate you, but that&#039;s okay. 

Your weirdness then achieves two things:

Your message will resonate much more strongly with those you&#039;re meant to serve. 

And, it becomes a filter to weed out those that you&#039;re not.</description>
