We all think that we answer the right questions, but by the fact that websites get emails from customers asking general questions, either we don't always have all the right ones or we are not good at getting visitors to those pages. Something else that I find even more annoying, and it usually occurs with very large sites, is trying to answer every conceivable question in the FAQ area. It makes it virtually impossible to actually find what you are looking for, and most visitors either leave or go straight to contacting the business.
