It's acutally a franchise, currently being rolled out across the country. I agree that it's a novel concept, and to be honest, I don't know what they do down there, but their tag line is: "Your Marketing Superstore" - http://prstore.com/home.html - I've been watching their marketing, and have to say: I have yet to see a headline. Lately they've been guilty of running ads without a headline - and using thier company name as a headline... tsk tsk.
