With the help of the built-in tools, even a non-technical person can develop an emailcampaign.
We, at Alfa Sytems (Belgium), use a similar service called Vertical Response
(www.verticalresponse.com). Almost the same features, but a little bit cheaper.
For those also using Salesforce as their CRM package, Vertical Response can be integrated with Salesforce an giving you the opportunity to track the results of your emailcampaings on Customer level!!! Just Great !!
