<description>You are absolutely right. We have a team of business trainers who teach each other every week. This prepares them to teach our business clients more effectively. I have been absolutely amazed at how quickly their skills and knowledge improve through the process of teaching--and that ends up effecting our client base. Great post.

<description>Good point John - and you can go one step further and teach others how to teach...

I get a very good response to the Training Resource site I added to my main website - http://www.profitablehospitality.com/public/department30.cfm

Keep up the good work -

		<description>John,
I have found teaching others to be a valid means of solidifying my own skills and knowledge, not to mention strengthening my speaking abilites!

On many occasions, I&#039;ll schedule &quot;lunch &amp; learns&quot; with customers and prospects to train them, reinforce relationships and meet new contacts. Everybody wins!

Best regards,
Dan
