The Chet Holmes book is excellent as an overall business development and growth program which takes a true systematic approach to the issue.

But I hate the title - The Ultimate Sales Machine - as it strikes me that it clashes with everything Chet Holmes teaches in the book about the ongoing drive for continuous improvement AND it misrepresents the contents.

If this was the publisher's decision then he is badly under-selling this book and not not done Chet Holmes any favours at all.
