I just found out your book was translated to portuguese. I wrote a small intro about your book at my blog. It nice that books like yours are being translated to portuguese 'cause we don't have an extense bibliography about this subject.

As a Brazilian I am thankfull that this has been translated. Although I have already read the english version.

You are correct, we don't use duct tape...actually we call it 'silver tape' here. It is only recently widely available, and until recently used to be imported so was hard to find and expensive. It was popularized by the surfing community who uses it for quick repairs. I used to bring back several rolls on every trip to the US.
