We received the biggest bump in traffic by site structure changes and use of nofollow tags to pages that were unimportant to search engines. And Wordtracker doesn't work for some industries, especially those that are relatively new online. We sell window and door parts online. Wordtracker was basically a waste when compared to our own stats. As someone who does run a small business website, there is a little bit more involved.
