I keep a business diary that helps &#039;keep me regular&#039; with mailing to lists, etc. It is the most important function of a business.. communicating your offers on a regular, scheduled basis. 		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with John more!  This is very sound advice.  I would like to emphasize one thing....you need to do all of this within the context of an overall marketing plan which really needs to be an integral part of a business plan.  If you spend enough time planning it out, then this advice is really good for executing the plan.

Now is the perfect time to get your thoughts together and do as John advises.
