      While we all know that offering free guides is a way to build marketing lists, I would have preferred if the SCORE website had a bit more customization on their design. The link for the free workbooks takes you to a generic opt-in list. After signing up there is no mention of the workbooks, just generic content stating “Thank you for your inquiry. Due to the volume of email requests we receive, it may take up to three business days to respond to your message. Thank you for visiting http://www.SCORE.org

      I haven’t seen the workbook yet but how am I supposed to believe that a company can tell me how to put together a business how to book when they can’t organize a mailer opt-in in a coherent fashion?
