LogMeIn gives me full access to my office desktop at no cost and Skype gives me the freedom to make unlimited telephone calls to standard telephone numbers for less than $40 a year. As for the iPhone, well there is no substitute. In fact all of my blog posts on our company blog (click my name) are about small business technology. There is so much technology available to small businesses out there - and the cost can have minimal impact on your business, especially when you consider the real business improvements.
