Syncing data to the cloud and making it accessible from multiple devices is key. GTD apps are just the beginning. The navigation feature is a good start too. Being able to search Google and find the nearest whatever, should be a wakeup call to those still on the sidelines. Small businesses really need to understand how to make this technology work for them. And kudos to Apple. They've managed to open up at least one of the telco's and have created a completely new market in the process. To have 10M new applications downloaded in the first 3 days is phenomenal. This takes the phone to a whole new level and unfortunately, is just another nail in the coffin to KC's hometown carrier. OmniFocus shows the potential of what these applications can become.
