Hey John, Thanks for these great tips about using RSS feeds to increase the efficiency of your day. My network of Six Figure Moms have insane schedules and they need to adopt and take advantage of all the Web 2.0 opportunities. I wrote a blog post, "Do Working Mothers Read Blogs? They Should" last month but will repost with a reference to your tips this week. You provide a comprehensive post that just might convince those who say they don't have time to learn about RSS to jump over the naysayer fence =-) On a personal note, you and I met in San Diego at the Vision to Venture Conference and I've been following your stuff ever since. Thanks for the inspiration!

Great advice to the small business owner. There are only 24 hours in a day and you can get 10 time more done using RSS (or more).
Like you say, once things are set up RSS is automated.

I have to agree that RSS Feeds are a great time saver - they can be used for so many things. I use them for research, sports scores, following friends activities and too many other things to list them all here!

I agree. I am a fan of RSS feeds because it does make it much easier to keep track of what is happening.

As usual there is still a massive education issue because I still believe RSS has not moved into the mainstream.

We're working on exploring RSS feeds for our site. The technology seems like it could really lend itself to what we're trying to do. Do you have any other resources for a small business trying to expand its RSS capabilities?

We participated in John's seminar today. We learned a lot. Thanks for your thoughts on the 4 C's: Content, Context, Connect, Community. We never understood how important blogging is to increasing the exposure of our website. We really liked your definition of marketing. Go Green!
