Love this idea. Like others commenting, a huge concern is the time commitment. Running a small business, I need to spend a lot of time with clients. I’d love to be able to use social media to add value for current clients as well as enhance new business efforts.

I think it would be extremely useful to have a variety of systems to review and consider … that way those of us following this post will be able to mix and match and put together a best-fit system for ourselves.

Yes! Yes! Yes! We, too, would love a series like this. We work primarily with Christian non-profits who mostly don’t understand or don’t use social media very well. Watching and learning from the experts is the best way to help our circle of “friends.”
