About a year ago a wrote a php script that allows me to publish my last 3 blog posts onto my homepage in html format. They have a great, easy to user, user interface. You can easily aggregate dozens of feeds into a single RSS Feed. You can conditionally include or exclude certain items. I can imagine RSS feeds that combine certain sites released content into a category called "Finance", for example. I haven't run across anything like this as of yet, but I can envision that it may be occurring.
