Oh man, I agree, Trust is what it's all about – completely. Customers won't buy a product if they don't trust the salesman, or the company as far as that goes. I'll have to give this book a read, excellent title I must say. Thanks for this nugget!

Building trust online is probably the most important aspect of running an online business. I think a great way to do this is by first having a quality website with pertinent information, being accessible to your clients offline, delivering what you promise to your clients and not betraying them or dis-servicing them if there is a problem. Developing trust online is more difficult because of the anonymity of this medium.
