		<description>I used to work in PR, and one of the big values we offered to clients was to take the role of the uninformed and use that to force clients to be simple &amp; clear in their communications to press &amp; the public.  People often accuse PR flaks for being stupid - but there&#039;s huge value in forcing simplification.</description>
