For years now I’ve always felt that small business has a distinct advantage over the big, slow moving companies they compete against.

You need no further proof than to look around at the gurus that are now preaching that in order to compete, big companies must act small. In fact, Seth Godin even boldly proclaims that “small is the new big.”
