Do either of you have any advice for hiring support staff, whether full time employees or VA’s? …..or maybe there is a podcast episode you can point me to 🙂

    • Thanks Ali – yes that could be another show for sure – make sure you know why you are hiring – is it to free up one day a week for you – that way you can measure the results and create priority projects
