About a month ago I started experiementing with Google’s AdSense advertising program.

You’ve seen those little boxes with “Ad by Google” that feature “content relevant” on sites of every topic under the sun. Well each time someone clicks on one of those ads, the owner of the site shares in some of the ad revenue from Google.

Here’s the deal. They are a great way to add relevance and revenue for any small business site. I had my doubts that people would find the ads meaningful enough to click them but I was wrong.

It seems a great deal of people who are searching the web love those ads. I won’t bore you with too many details (besides Google forbids sharing the specifics) but AdSense makess sense for anyone site owner who wants a little help monetizing their traffic.
