My weekend blog post routine includes posting links to a handful of tools or great content I ran across during the week.

I don’t go into depth about the finds, but encourage you check them out if they sound interesting. The photo in the post is a favorite for the week from Flickr.

Good stuff I found this week:

ZenDesk – web based customer service management tool with self service and social media integration.

MarketMeSuite – billed as social media marketing for real businesses this desktop application runs on Adobe Air and has some great looking features that go a little deeper than some current apps

MyNextCustomer – this tool is gives businesses a simple way to measure phone calls, web leads and sales from social media,
seo, paid search and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Thanks for the resources! Quick question…do you think MarketMeTweet is like a paid version of TweetDeck and Hootsuite?

    • I do think there is a fair amount of overlap but from a marketer’s standpoint I think MarketMe has a few features that are probably worth the $59 bucks or so a year.

  • John, I’d like to encourage you to take a look at Assistly–customer service and help desk software with social media integration. I think you will also be impressed with our determination to become a trusted resource for CRM and SCRM information and advice. Our blog ( is really building steam. Please come by. Of course, we’d love to have you write something for the blog!

  • Thanks.

  • I’ll take a look at ZenDesk – thanks for the recommendation!
