to build a community within your customers. In some ways they should
already have much in common – they fit your tight target market and
they value what you have to offer.

Bringing them together in some fashion can really ramp-up the feeling of
connection they have to your products and services.

High-tech companies have for years relied on the input and passion
of user groups

So, why not create your very own version of a user group?

You can get your clients together to network for business opportunities.

Host round table discussions about a certain topic.

Have a progressive meeting making stops at several of your client’s
locations.

Anything that brings your clients together and allows them to see that
you serve others who are very much like them, will create a stronger
bond to the relationship they have with your firm.

Stronger bonds will allow you to serve their needs better and will
ultimately give them more reasons to help you build your business.
